Dr. Marcia Reynolds, an organizational psychologist and the pioneering founder of Covisioner, is fascinated by the brain, particularly as regards what triggers passion and innovation. For two decades, she has assisted companies worldwide in unleashing the potential of their staff via coaching, her conference speaking engagements, and classes in leadership, emotional intelligence and organizational change.


Dr. Reynolds has gained widespread media acclaim for her book, "Outsmart Your Brain", excerpts of which have appeared in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Harvard Communications Newsletter, and the U.S. Business Review, and she has additionally been a Guest on ABC World News, National Public Radio, and Japan Nightly News.


A true pioneer in the coaching profession, Dr. Reynolds was also the 5th president of the International Coach Federation, and one of the first 25 people in the world to earn the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC). Her current psychological research emphasizes the contemporary needs of high-achieving women, and her new tandem, insightful book on the subject, Wander Woman: How High Achieving Women Find Contentment and Direction is in bookstores now.
